A musical storytelling experience that tells the larger than life story of a dog who lived a very long time. Audience members are invited to a event similar to a real funeral, but get to watch and participate in the telling of this dog and his owner's life: nearly escaping trains, weathering storms, falling in love… Hear the miraculous account of a good dog, told through storytelling and song, and confront what it means to truly live.

Reviews:

“If you think it’s a sad story, sorry you’re wrong: it’s a story of hope and love that connects deeply with both human and canine experiences. The show was a wonderful blend of storytelling, live music, songs and shadow play, creating a warm and engaging atmosphere. The lighting added to the mood and helped the transitions between scenes pass smoothly. The audience didn’t just see the performance; they became part of it. The director’s use of dynamic movements, creative sound effects and an inviting introduction made the experience truly memorable. A group of young and talented artists from the USA delivered an honest and impressive performance here in Edinburgh.” - Noel Leung, Three Weeks Edinburgh

“Lovely, just lovely. I was absolutely chuffed!” - Scot S

“The writers have skillfully blended moments of levity with more profound reflections, ensuring that the emotional pacing of the show keeps the audience engaged throughout. The careful attention to detail in every aspect of the production—from the staging to the timing of each musical cue—demonstrates deep love and care for the material and a commitment to creating a truly memorable experience. The result is a show that feels both polished and heartfelt.” - Jack R.
