Ciera and Emma have been collaborating for the entirety of their professional theatre careers. Emma is inspired by the joy Ciera brings into rehearsal, her big picture ideas, and commitment to small human moments. Ciera is motivated by Emma’s hope ridden characters along with her ability to make believe like no other. All of their shows are a little haunting, with a lot of humor, and coated in hope. As theatre makers, the duo are drawn towards creating plot driven stories. Ciera and Emma find themselves on the front line of A Hero’s Journey renaissance - they are committed to seeing the resurgence of sound narrative structure in live arts.

They feel close to what Peter Brook describes as rough theatre, "it is there unashamedly to make joy and laughter. Along with serious, committed and probing work, there must be irresponsibility" (The Empty Space)
